FORMAT
The Organizing Committee can accept only *.pdf or *.ps
or *.doc or *.rtf format.
The format of your paper must be the following SPRINGER VERLAG Format:
sv-pagelayout.pdf
You can achieve it very easily using also this .dot file
sv-layout-contrib11-e.dot
Please, submit the paper with the correct WSEAS format
